Polyamine
Description:
Polyamine is liquid cationic polymers of different molecular weight which work efficiently as primary coagulants and charge neutralization agents in liquid-solid separation processes in a wide variety of industries.
The product can be used to mix with inorganic coagulants, such as polyaluminium chloride or alum for treatment of low-turbidity waste water or tap water. It can also be used in purification of waste water from oil-field, or as anionic trash catch in white water system in paper making.
a. Solid Content:50±1%
b. Liquid Cationic Polymer
c. Different Viscosity(molecular weight)
d. High Charge Density
Advantages:
Lower dosage levels
Adaptable to PH from 0.5 to 14
Can be used alone or in combination with inorganic coagulants
Soluble at all concentrations
Does hot weather affect the application of wastewater treatment chemicals?
Hot weather does have an impact on the application of wastewater treatment chemicals.
Chemical reaction rates are usually accelerated in hot weather, thereby affecting treatment efficacy. For example, some oxidizing agents may react more readily with organic matter in wastewater during hot weather, thereby accelerating the oxidation process.
The metabolic activity of microorganisms is enhanced in high temperature weather, resulting in faster decomposition of organic matter. This may affect the effect of organic matter removal in the wastewater treatment process, requiring appropriate adjustments to the dosage of pharmaceuticals and the treatment process. The activity of some microorganisms may be reduced, leading to a decrease in the biological treatment effect. For example, aerobic microorganisms may require more oxygen and nutrients to maintain their activity in hot weather, requiring adjustment of aeration and nutrient dosing.
In order to cope with the impact of high temperature weather on sewage treatment chemicals, we can adjust the dosage of chemicals and dosage method, you can appropriately reduce the amount of oxidant dosage of organic matter to avoid excessive oxidation.
In hot weather, water quality changes may be more frequent, so water quality monitoring and data processing need to be strengthened.By monitoring water quality changes in real time and taking corresponding treatment measures, the treatment process flow and operating parameters may need to be appropriately adjusted. For example, the amount of aeration can be appropriately increased or the aeration time can be adjusted to meet the microorganisms' demand for oxygen.
In conclusion, high temperature weather does have some impact on the application of wastewater treatment chemicals, but these impacts can be effectively countered through reasonable measures.
