Place of Origin:
Stickies Control Agent is effectively control/remove the glue, resin and anionic trash in the paper making system. It can decrease the paper defect problem, and enhance the paper’s stretching continuous performance, effectively prevent the phenomenon of paper fracture.
Dilute it to 10-20 times with water, add this product into thick white water chest, or broke storage chest or before the fan pump or before machine chest, the best adding position depends on the actual paper making environment, suggest dosage is 0.2-08kgs per ton dry pulp.

Why stickies exist in paper making system?
Stickies also known as anionic trash, can generally be considered as sticky substances from recycled fibers, mostly with negative charges.
The massive reuse of secondary fibers plays a pivotal role in modern paper making technology. The world’s waste paper pulp output is second only to chemical pulp, and it accounts for one third of the world’s total pulp. However ,the sticky matter in waste paper has always been one of the main obstacles affecting the reuse of waster paper. Stickers are inherently sticky and are often adsorbed together with inorganic fillers and fine fibers to form sticky deposits ,which seriously affect the paper making process.
Why choose the Stickies Control Agent?
1. It can improve the retention rate of small fibers ,thus improving the output of paper products.
2. It mainly apply to improve the softness of napkin, tissue paper etc.daily paper.
3. It can improve the water drainage effect and wet paper moisture content.
4. It can control macro molecular stickies flocculation in wire and felt.
5. It helps maintain paper machine clean, which can decrease waste water output.
