Product Description:
LSC-500 Coating Lubricant is a premium calcium stearate emulsion engineered for versatile coating systems. As a specialized lubricant for wet coatings, it efficiently mitigates friction arising from component interaction, ensuring seamless processing. By enhancing coating fluidity and operational efficiency, this solution elevates the overall quality of coated paper, eradicates fines produced during super calendering, and minimizes defects like cracking or surface peeling upon folding.
Core Features & Advantages:
Friction Mitigation: Reduces inter-component friction in wet coating applications, optimizing process flow.
Process Enhancement: Improves coating fluidity and operational smoothness for consistent, reliable results.
Quality Elevation: Enhances surface finish and uniformity of coated paper, meeting high-standard requirements.
Defect Control: Eliminates super calendering-related fines and reduces folding-induced imperfections, ensuring superior product integrity.

Functions:
Elevates coating smoothness and gloss, delivering a sophisticated, refined surface finish.
Enhances coating fluidity and homogeneity for uniform application and consistent quality.
Improves coated paper printability, optimizing ink absorption and enhancing print clarity.
Prevents common issues like fines detachment, cracking, and surface peeling (skinning).
Reduces reliance on additional adhesion agents, simplifying formulations and cutting costs.
Shows excellent compatibility with diverse coating additives for seamless integration into existing processes.
Usage instructions:
It is recommended to add 0.6~15% of the absolute dry pigment, which can be directly incorporated into the coating (typically added after the binder). The amount of lubricant LSC-500 should not be excessive, as it may increase the viscosity of the coating, impairing its fluidity and printability.
No dilution is required during use.
It remains stable in dilute alkaline and acidic solutions but should not be mixed with strong acids.
