Application:
It is mainly developed for the deep treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater in various industries, such as coal mine water, coal chemical industry, electronics, photovoltaic, crystalline silicon, metal smelting, aluminum processing, surface treatment, glass, fertilizer and so on.It is a composite inorganic complex with strong positively charged groups, which can quickly adsorb fluoride ions in wastewater to form complexes.New insoluble fluorine-containing compounds can be generated.Especially after adding suitable polymer flocculant, it can bond the fine non-soluble flocculants to each other to form larger shaped flocs, accelerate the settling speed, and make the flocs containing fluoride settle in the sludge quickly.
Instructions for use:
(1) Dissolve the agent in the ratio of agent:water=1:3 until complete, the water used cannot be used for reclaimed water and water with salt content >1500mg/L or above, it is recommended to use tap water or filtered or precipitated surface water or groundwater.
(2) When the defluorinating agent is dissolved, it is not allowed to add all the agents to be dissolved at one time, it can be added slowly and stirred constantly at the same time, and it is recommended that the stirring motor should be turned on until the agent in the tank is used cleanly.
(3) The first use of 1mg/L fluoride ion: 0.05g agent for the test. Increase or decrease the amount of agent used as appropriate according to the experimental data.
(4) After adding the agent, the PH of the water body is controlled between 6-7, the reaction is 3 minutes, then add the appropriate PAM precipitation, take the supernatant for testing, if you need to carry out PH adjustment, you need to adjust before adding the fluoride removal agent.
