1.Our PolyDADMAC (Poly Diallyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride) is used for water and wastewater treatment and paper mills.
2.Polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride (PolyDADMAC) is a homopolymer of diallyldimethylammonium chloride (DADMAC), well known as one part of Superfloc family. These organic coagulants are liquid, cationic polymers of differing molecular weights. They work effectively as primary coagulants and charge neutralization agents.
3.PolyDADMAC is often used in filtration applications or in conjunction with our flocculant products. These polymers are highly effective in many water treatment clarification processes. PolyDADMAC and/or cationic polyamines can also be used in combination with our flocculant and coagulant products to lower overall treatment costs.
4.Water Treatment Polymers of Polydadmac can be used in many ways.
Properties:
1.This product is a cationic linear polymeric compound. It can be completely dissolved in the water.
2.This product gathers electrolyte for the strong cation, appearance is colorless to light yellow viscose liquid, freezing point:-2.8 ºC, specific weight:1.04 g/cm3, resolve temperature 280-300 ºC. Be dissolved in water easily, not easy to combust, strong coagulate dint, good water solution stability, don't become a gel and keep stable in the wide PH range, anti-chlorine, high charge density.
WAY OF USAGE FOR PolyDADMAC
1. Delite ways:
Add froion water into Blu DA 406 (accord with rate froion water :Blu DA 406 =5:3),could use after sufficient mixture homogeneous.
2. Imbue ways:
Dose: 1%--5%(o.w.f)
Temperature: 40--60ºC
Time: 10-30min (Ph adjust to 6)
3. Dip and rolling ways:
Dose: 10-25 g/L(PH adjust to 6)
Process: two dip and two rolling drying
Attention:
The washing tank is must be washed thoroughly before fixing,for fear of oddment affect fixing effect.
It is favorable to fixing color that raise the fixing color dose and temperature ,but excess could result in color transform.
Setting detailed fixing process should according with factory matter of factory and experiment.
Application Field:
1.It can destabilize and flocculate the suspended solids and the negative-charged water soluble matters in the waste water through electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption. It is very effective in flocculating, decoloring, killing algae and removing organics.
2.It can produce small amount of sludge. It is adaptable to wide range of pH value, between 4.0 and 10.0.
3. The product enjoys small dosage but can cause big flocs, rapid precipitation and low turbidity residue, and it is smelless, tasteless and harmless. It can be widely used to treat source water and sewage water.
Package and Storage:
1. It is packaged in plastic drums with each containing 50kg and 200kg. Sealed and stored in cool place, avoid solarization
2. This product will appear layer after a long-term storage, but the effect will not be affected with stir.
